  1. I have found that Mudpie on Fraizer has a menu with tons of vegetarian options which can easily be made vegan by simply leaving off cheese.

  2. hi! taco mamacita on north market just added a new vegan menu-you just have to ask for it! it's got some great stuff on it.

also to your list, mellow mushroom is good...in addition to pizza they have tofu and tempeh hoagies. :)

  3. The Creamy Bean Factory at 9408 Apison Pike in Collegedale offers vegan versions of virtually all of their sandwiches, complete with vegan meats and cheeses! You just have to ask. They are a cafe with coffees, sanwiches, desserts, shakes, gelato, teas, and even fresh wheat grass shots! Definitely worth checking out.

  4. Thanks for the info. I'll be visiting for the Pro Walk/Pro Bike conference in a couple of weeks, and I like to scope out the veg scene ahead of time. Terminal Brewhouse also looks interesting. Any recommendations for restaurants that focus on local ingredients (even if not all veg)?
